Note :
- If using concrete screws be mindful not to overtighten especially when using a powered device like impact driver or powered drill. A large downwards clamping force is not appropriate and/or not needed to hold these ramps down.
- The below info is relevant only if fastening onto concrete. If you need to fasten onto bitumen or asphalt, you will need bitumen or asphalt spikes. There are suppliers for these. Please google bitumen spike or asphalt spike or contact us for help to source them.
- Unless purchased as an optional item from us, your products do not come with any fasteners and/or washers (type L ramps will however always be supplied with washers).

Each Type L ramp : 3 x fasteners
Each Type L end cap : 1 x fastener
What concrete fasteners to use, 2 options :
- Galvanised dynabolts 12mm diameter x 75mm-100mm long.
- Galvanised concrete screws 12mm diameter x 90mm-100mm long.
Type 1 (500x280x75mm)
Each Type 1 ramp or end cap : 2 x fasteners
What concrete fasteners to use, 2 options :
- Galvanised dynabolts 12mm diameter x 100mm long PLUS a M10 (meaning 10mm) washer.
- Galvanised concrete screws 12mm diameter x 100 to 140mm long.
Type 2 (480x300x110mm)
Each Type 2 ramp or end cap : 2 x fasteners
What concrete fasteners to use, 2 options :
- Galvanised dynabolts 12mm diameter x 100mm long PLUS a M10 (meaning 10mm) washer.
- Galvanised concrete screws 12mm diameter x 100 to 140mm long.
Type 3 (480x300x110mm)
Each Type 3 ramp: 2 x fasteners
What concrete fasteners to use, 2 options :
- Galvanised dynabolts 12mm diameter x 100mm long PLUS a M12 (meaning 12mm) washer.
- Galvanised concrete screws 12mm diameter x 120 to 150mm long PLUS a M12 (meaning 12mm) washer.
Car stops or Wheel stops (1650x100x140mm)
Each Car or Wheel stop : 3 x fasteners
What concrete fasteners to use, 2 options :
- Galvanised wedge anchor 12mm diameter x 160 to 180mm long PLUS a M12 washer.
- Galvanised concrete screw 12mm diameter x 160 to 180mm long PLUS a M12 washer
