Items Damaged / Lost in Transit

We will be liable for at most half of the cost in refund or replacement of items damaged or lost in transit.

Whether refund or replace is up to us.

Also time deemed sufficient by us for the courier company to address the issue must first be given.

The courier system is not perfect. We are in no way guaranteeing no damage or loss will occur.

All the couriers we use are reputable companies. That does not mean mishaps never happen.

Considering in part the transaction between you and us when you made the purchase is jointly entered into, our liability is only at most half.

In addition, damages deemed by us to be minor will not be considered.
