What are Layback Kerbs ?
What are Type L ramps and end caps ?
We designed the Type L driveway or kerb ramps to fit layback kerbs to maximise council compliance with a large top opened, hard to block and easy to clean drainage gap and end caps to reduce risk of tripping.
Some of our competitor’s ramp use rubber which is more brittle than the rubber we use. And also our variant version with a special angled profile to be placed on the inclined part of the layback kerb, created in 2020, is designed to reduce wear. Actual field deployment has proven the variant version is indeed more resilient to wear.
Our competitor’s are not as advanced in design as ours and the chance of cracking in theirs is increased.
Easy to DIY install. Installation guides and tips provided. Or we can arrange installation for you. Contact us for more.
