For driveway or garage approach problems :
Please send us photos based on the above and also one without the vehicle.
Drive in at an angle as you normally would and just before you bottom out (push to the limit), hop out and take a photo and send to us.
Please show us the position of the tyre which is closest to the lowest point of your kerb or driveway (i.e. where the water runs).
The above locates the position of the tyres just before you bottom out. This is the 1st piece of information we need.
Every bottoming out has a beginning and an end.
We do need also to know where the tyres are when you stop bottoming out and hence are clear of the ground. This is the 2nd piece of information we need.
However we know this is difficult as it may damage your car. So as a minimum give us the above described 1st piece of information.
For driveway straddling problem :
It is similar, except that we need to see the position of the front and back wheels when you straddle. When the straddling starts and when it finishes.
